Yes. Maintenance is available Monday - Friday during business hours for normal service requests. We also have 24-hour Emergency Maintenance available.

Maintenance requests can be made by contacting the office via phone or email, through the resident portal on the community's website, or through the community's mobile app.

Yes. We require each home to carry renter's insurance for the duration of their lease, including residents of our short term apartment rentals in Rochester, MN. We require a minimum personal liability coverage of $300,000. Residents who do not wish to carry their own policy may sign up for a general liability waiver at the cost of $25 per month.
