MAINTENANCE
Yes. Maintanence is available Monday - Friday during business hours for normal service requests. We also have 24 hours Emergency Maintanence available.
Maintenance requests can be made by contacting the office via phone or email, through the resident portal on the community's website, or through the community's mobile app.
AMENITIES
The pool is open 10:00am-9:00pm.
Parking spaces are available on a first come first serve basis and garages are available for $100-125 per month. Detached garages are $100.00 and attached are $125.00.
There is a one-time pet fee of $300.00 and $35 per month per pet with a maximum of two pets.
We do not offer furnished apartments but we do have a partnership with Cort Furniture.
We offer 3-15 month leases. Once your initial lease comes up for renewal, we offer MTM-15 month leases.
Our fitness center includes a rowing machine, treadmills, elipticals and spin room, weights, technogym equipment and pelatons
We have a complimentary shuttle to the Mayo Clinic. This shuttle runs Monday-Friday at various times a day. Please reach out to our team for more information!
ADMIN
In order to best accommodate and prepare for your custome tour, an appointment is recommended, but walk-ins are always accepted. An appointment can be made on our website, Lodgeatoverland.com, and clicking 'schedule a tour'.
You may apply in person or on the community website.
Our team works to process all applications within 48 hours once all necessary documentation is received.
We accept personal checks, ACH, certified checks or credit cards (additional fees may apply).
Yes. We require each home to carry renter's insurance for the duration of their lease. We require a minimum personal liability coverage of $300,000.
Future residents will receive a Welcome Packet from our team and Updater will help you set up Utilities. The management office will set-up your electric and water/sewage through YES Energy

LEASING
2.5 times the monthly rent
Yes we do allow guarantors for income qualification only. Primary applicant must pass credit screening and be conditional approved. 5x rental amount
